Is BNCpay for consumer financing or business financing? +
Business financing only. BNCpay connects your customers to commercial equipment financing through BNC Finance. Your customers need to be purchasing equipment for business use — contractors, farms, operators, companies. We don't offer consumer loans or personal retail financing.
Do I need to be approved to use BNCpay? +
Yes. We review all dealers before setting up an account. This is because we pay you directly when your customers get financed — so we need to verify your business and set up payment details before you go live. The process is straightforward and typically takes just a few days.
How do I get paid? +
When a customer applies through your widget and gets approved, BNC Finance pays you directly for the equipment. You don't collect payments from the customer — that's handled between them and BNC Finance. Your job is to deliver the equipment; we handle the rest.
What types of equipment qualify? +
Any commercial equipment purchased for business use — agricultural machinery, construction equipment, landscaping, commercial vehicles, industrial machinery, printing equipment, restaurant equipment, and more. Minimum order value is $500. If you're unsure whether your category qualifies, reach out and we'll tell you quickly.
What does it cost? +
There is no upfront cost, setup fee, or monthly subscription. BNC Finance earns through the financing transactions — not by charging dealers. Reach out to confirm current terms for your situation.
How long does it take to go live? +
Once your account is approved, installation is typically the same day. We send you the snippet and installation instructions — for Shopify and Webflow, most dealers are live in under 10 minutes. If you need help, we're available for a quick call to walk you through it.
Do I need a developer? +
No, for most platforms. On Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace you paste a snippet into a designated area in your admin — no code knowledge needed. For WooCommerce or custom sites a developer can help, but it's often not required.
What happens when a customer clicks the button? +
They're taken to a commercial financing application through BNC Finance — either in a new tab, a modal overlay, or the same tab (your choice). The application is pre-filled with the product name, price, and monthly estimate so the customer doesn't have to re-enter anything.
What platforms does BNCpay work on? +
Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, Squarespace, and any custom HTML site. We generate a platform-specific snippet for each dealer — so the code is already tailored to how your platform works.
